US English pattern by Alter Ego Crochet. Includes step-by-step pictures.

These amigurumis are very small and perfect for scrap yarn. You can use whatever yarn you want for them (I used 8/4 cotton ply fingering weight (170 m / 50 g) and 2.5 mm crochet hook)


THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Crochet hook
- Yarn
- Yarn needle
- Stuffing
- Stitch marker (you can use a piece of yarn)
- 6 mm safety eyes
- Light pink yarn for the cheeks
- Embroidery yarn or sewing thread for the mouth (if you use embroidery yarn, cut a piece and separate the threads so that you only use one thread). Do not use regular yarn for the mouth


STITCHES YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Mr - magic ring
Sc - single crochet
Ch - chain
Slst - slip stitch
Dc - double crochet
Bst - bobble stitch (with 6 loops on hook)
Hdc - half double crochet
Inc - increase
Dec - decrease

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, double crochet, back loops only, front loops only
