Make your very own little chubby chicks with or without the egg shell.
YOU’LL NEED:
- Crochet hook: 2.5 mm
- Yarn: I’ve used 8/4 cotton ply fingering weight (170 m / 50 g) (5 g for the chicks and 6 g white for the egg)
- Yarn needle
- Stuffing
- Stitch marker
- 6 mm safety eyes
STITCHES USED:
Mr - magic ring
Sc - single crochet
Ch - chain
Slst - slip stitch
Dc - double crochet
Hdc - half double crochet
Inc - increase
Dec - decrease
SIZE:
The chicks will be 5.5 cm / 2 in if you use same yarn and hook size as me. You can use other sizes and/or yarn if you want a bigger or smaller result.
Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, double crochet, back loops only, front loops only
