Say Hello to Mallee The Koala.
Mallee was originally designed for Simply Crochet Magazine Issue 122.

For the yarn I have used Scheepjes stone washed. Of course, you can use which ever yarn you choose, just make sure you use the correct size hook corresponding to the yarn.

Materials
Yarn of your choice, scheepjes stone
washed yarn is Sports Weight 4ply (UK),
5ply (AUST)

Scheepjes stone washed yarn in
colours:
CrystalQuartz (Grey)
Moonstone (White)
Black Onyx (Black) small amount
Rose Quartz (Pink) small amount
Brown Agate (Brown) small amount Yellow Jasper (Yellow/Gold)
Malachite (Dark Green)

15mm or 12mm Black Safety eyes
3mm crochet hook
Toy Stuffing
Tapestry needle

Finished product using recommended yarn: 17cm

Stitches used: chain, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, double crochet, back loops only, front loops only
