Mavi might seem like an innocent small bird, but don't be fooled; this little fella has an adventurous soul. Mavi loves to whip around town flying at speeds well over 40km/h, and has been know to gift a dropping or two on unsuspecting civilians beneath him. Mavi's goal in life is to continue testing his endurance flying and maybe one day win the birdathalon at the Olympics. Mavi means blue in turkish.

To make your own blue sparrow, you will need:
* Yarn colours - cream, white, turquoise, light brown, light blue, pink
* Hook size appropriate for your yarn. I have used a 4ply stonewashed yarn with a 3.5mm hook
* Safety eyes - 6mm
* Stitch marker, tapestry needle, fibre fill, scissors and pins

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, double crochet, crochet into a ring
Measurement: 15cm / 6 inches
