Welcome to the Fairy Tale Land!
Jack and Cow are two adventurous characters based on the "Jack and the Beanstalk" tale by Joseph Jacobs. Jack and his friends the Cow and the Hen, you'll want to dive back into the stories of your childhood with this pattern.

The main part of this project is worked in rounds so you might want to use a stitch marker to mark the end of each round. There is no specific gauge for this project, just try to keep it tight and even throughout each piece. Jack and Cow measure approx. 12 and 4.5cm (4.7 and 1.7in), respectively, when using the same yarn and tools indicated below.

Materials

- 100% Cotton DK yarn in Light Pink (approx. 7g), Yellow (approx. 5g), Off-White (approx. 22g), Green (approx. 6g), Pink (approx. 2g), Black (approx. 3g), Brown (approx. 5g) and Red (small amount)
- 3mm crochet hook
- 1 pair of 6mm and 8mm safety eyes
- Toy stuffing
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
- Black embroidery thread
- Sewing needle
- Plastic pellets (optional)

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, double crochet, back loops only, front loops only
Measurement: 12 and 4.5cm (4.7 and 1.7in)
