Welcome to the Fairy Tale Land!
The Nutcracker is a fancy character based on "The Nutcracker and the Mouse King" tale by E.T.A. Hoffmann. With his fabulous uniform, you'll want to dive back into the stories of your childhood with this pattern.

The main part of this project is worked in rounds so you might want to use a stitch marker to mark the end of each round. There is no specific gauge for this project, just try to keep it tight and even throughout each piece. Nutcracker measures approx. 15cm (5.9in), when using the same yarn and tools indicated below.

- 100% Cotton DK yarn in Blue (approx. 5g), Dark Blue (approx. 3g), Light Pink (approx. 3g), Pink (very small amount), Off-white (approx. 2g), Mustard Yellow (approx. 2g), Red (approx. 4g)
- 3mm crochet hook
- 6mm safety eyes
- Toy stuffing
- Yarn needle
- Scissors

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, back loops only, front loops only, french knot
Measurement: 15cm (5.9in)
