Podge the Christmas Pudding - 7 Page PDF

Nothing beats that homely smell of a warm pudding baking in the oven. That heavenly mouthful, the richness. Now lets imagine for a second, not having it in pudding form, but a genuine sweet smelling friend. One that would fill your home with the smell of Christmas - even when its not Christmas.

This PDF includes the written instructions in US terms and step-by-step photos detailing how to make the pieces to finish your creation. When made with DK weight yarn (sample made in Stylecraft Special DK) and a 2.0mm hook, the finished Christmas Pudding will measure around 15cm/6" tall.

The project can be made using any weighted yarn, just adjust the hook size to match your choice.

You'll need to know how to:

• make a Magic Ring or a chain 2 equivalent
• work in a round
• single crochet
• increase/decrease
• half double crochet
• front/back loop only
• slip stitch

You will need the following materials:

Yarn: Stylecraft Special Dk - Acrylic - 100g/295m/323 yards
1 ball of each colour (you won't need full balls): White 1001, Walnut (1054), Green (1116), Powder Pink (1843) and Matador (1010).
2.0mm crochet hook
10mm black safety eyes
Soft stuffing/ Fibrefill
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle
Dressmakers pins
Scissors
