The goldfinch is a striking songbird found in Europe and parts of Asia. The male has a bright pink to orange belly. Goldfinches are often found in forests and parks, where they feed on seeds, especially those from trees such as conifers. They have a characteristic, powerfully sounding song and are known for their powerful beak, with which they can crack hard seeds. in this crochet pattern you can replace orange with taupe catona, this way you can also crochet a female goldfinch.
