Butterflies exist in many beautiful colors. The little fox is a moth with beautiful orange-colored wings on the top. In the past, you saw this butterfly very often in the Netherlands, unfortunately now it's a lot less.
This crochet butterfly is about 4 to 5 times bigger than the real butterfly. The butterfly is 28 cm wide (wing span) and 20 cm tall. In real life the size of the butterfly is between 5 to 6 cm.
If you want a smaller butterfly, you can use a smaller hook and thinner yarn.
