Discovery the vibrant and sparkling world of seaside amigurumi with Agnes the Mermaid.
Agnes the Mermaid is one of the daughters of the great Neptune, who protects the Seven Seas. As a mermaid, Agnes didn’t like fishing nets at all. Then one day, she met Boris the Fisherman and she fell in love with his craft of weaving nets. She would often swim to the surface and ask him lots of questions about it. In time, she also fell in love with the fisherman himself, and now she often joins him to watch the sunsets together.

PATTERN DETAILS

- In English only using US crochet terminology;
- Pattern included instructions on making Agnes the Mermaid + BIG STARFISH;
- PDF document of 11 pages with detailed instructions and 38 respectively images (no video);
- Note that this pattern example was created with the yarn under technique to create “V” stitches;
- The finished Agnes is 25 cm (10") tall when made with the indicated yarn and hook;
- Level: intermediate.

MATERIALS REQUIRED

- Yarns Gazzal Jeans (58% cotton, 42% polyacrylic 170 m/50g) in light pink, green, orange, coral, off-white, white (leftover);
- Scraps of yarn in different colors for embroidery, including fuchsia and black (you may want to use embroidery thread);
- B-1 / 2 mm crochet hook;
- Sewing needle;
- Yarn needle;
- Pins;
- Black safety eyes (4 mm);
- Optional: approx. 10” / 25 cm of wire or pipe cleaner for the arms;
- Stitch markers;
- Fiberfill for stuffing.
