Marigold and Mr. Chatters

$ 6.00 $ 4.50

US English pattern by Pink Mouse Boutique. Includes step-by-step pictures.

Marigold and her friend, Mr. Chatters, love the fall season. They enjoy jumping in a pile of leaves, gathering acorns, chasing the wind, and laying in the grass watching the leaves fall.

Sweet little Marigold is about 1.5 inches tall when made with Oren Bayan cotton perle size 12 thread (or Lizbeth 40) and a 1 mm hook. Her hat, shrug, and dress are removable.

Her friend, Mr. Chatters, is only about 1/2 of an inch tall when made with Oren Bayan cotton perle size 12 thread (or Lizbeth 40) with a 1 mm hook.

But don't let the tiny size discourage you. Since this pattern only uses one type of thread and hook to make all the pieces, you can create your own version using any size yarn or thread. In the pattern you will see examples of three different dolls - one made with the Oren Bayan thread, one made with Aunt Lydia's size 10 thread and a 1.5 mm hook, and one made with super chunky yarn and a 5.5 mm hook. Marigold and her friend are adorable in any size!

This pattern includes the following:

- instructions on how to make Marigold's little red wagon
- a coloring page
