I used a 2.5 mm crochet hook and the approximate size of my finished bat is 15 x 19 cm
But whatever hook sizes you use the bat and candies will turn out fab!
Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, double crochet
Measurement: 15 x 19 cm / 6" X 7.5"
