Crochet pattern of three different hot air balloons and clouds. With this pattern you can make sweet crib mobiles, simple wall decorations, beautiful colored garlands ... Make room for the imagination!

The crocheted hot air balloons are divided into two groups of three patterns each: AMI1 and AMI2. AMI2 is the pattern that requires more skills and it's made up of clouds and balloons in a zigzag, wedged and checkered pattern.

Balloon height is approx. 4” (10 cm) - basket excluded - using sport weight yarn, e.g. Drops Safran 50g, crochet hook 2.25 mm. Baskets and clouds are worked using fingering weight yarn, e.g. Torre Cable 5 50g, crochet hook 1.5 mm.

The pattern instructions are written in US crochet terms, with step-by-step pictures of the making process. The PDF pattern also includes: materials and tools list, tutorials of the basic techniques for making this design.

Stitches used: slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, double crochet, back loops only
