ZOE AND ZACH, the old couple
Zoe and Zach were school sweethearts.
They’ve been married for over 35 years now, with three kids and grandchildren they lost count of love and devotion to each other, however, don’t always prevent them from being a fiery couple.
When they retired and moved to the country, all the neighbors breathed a sigh of relief because their loud parties had been the stuff of legend.
They share the love of rock music...

MATERIALS: 
• Yarn of your choice in colors (we used fingering weight cotton yarn): off-white, beige, turquoise, mustard yellow, dark gray, khaki, black, brown and one color of your choice for the skin (in the pattern we will call it color A);
• Embroidery floss for decorating the faces;
• Crochet hook suitable for the yarn of your choice (We used a 2,5 mm crochet hook);
• Two pairs of store bought doll glasses or a piece of crafting wire to make eyewear (optional);
• Toy stuffing;
• Needles, pins, stitch markers;
• Water soluble marker, pliers (optional).
Go with your gut feeling when choosing materials for your project, but we would
recommend to do it within the same brand, so the yarns have similar characteristics and
proportions of the toys are preserved.



Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, (invisible) decrease, half double crochet, double crochet, back loops only, front loops only, bobble stitch, crochet into a ring
Measurement: grandma 21,5 cm / 8.5 in, grandpa 24,5 cm / 9.5 in (approx)
