Sherbet the Cockatiel - 7 Page PDF

Sherbet loves to fly, so he's free to show off all his beautiful colours that glow in the sun!

This PDF includes the written instructions in US terms and step-by-step photos detailing how to make the pieces to finish your creation. When made with DK weight yarn (sample made in Stylecraft Special DK) and a 2.0mm hook, the finished cockatiel will measure around 20cm/8" tall.

The project can be made using any weighted yarn, just adjust the hook size to match your choice.

You'll need to know how to:

• make a Magic Ring or a chain 2 equivalent
• work in a round
• single crochet
• increase/decrease
• half double crochet
• front/back loop only
• slip stitch

You will need the following materials:

Yarn: Stylecraft Special Dk - Acrylic - 100g/295m/323 yards
1 ball of each colour (you won't need full balls): Lemon 1020, Graphite 1063, Silver 1203, Spice 1711, Candyfloss 1130.
2.0mm crochet hook
9mm black safety eyes
Soft stuffing/ Fibrefill
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle
