Meet Petrie, a sweet little dragon named after a very special character who lives in the bedtime stories that father once told his small daughter. A green dragon with purple toenails, who went on all manner of adventures with her friends!

She can be made in any yarn and hook combination you want. Just be certain that the fabric is firm enough that stuffing does not show through. My dragon is made using a 4.0 (G) hook and worsted weight yarn in 3 different colors. You only need a small amount of the secondary colors; perfect for using up scraps!

Petrie is an advanced beginner-level pattern. The pattern is 10-pages long and has plenty of progress photos to help you along your way to making your own darling dragon.
