A toy can be made of different types of yarn, but it is important to choose the appropriate ratio of thickness of yarn and hook size.
For crocheting toys, I use YarnArt Jeans and Alize Cotton Gold yarn.
You can use any other yarn, but then choose an appropriate size of a crochet hook.
Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, half double crochet, double crochet, back loops only, front loops only, double crochet decrease
