Bobble stitch written instructions
The bobble stitch creates a soft dimensional bobble in your crochetwork. Think of it as a cluster of dc stitches worked in the same stitch.
Bring your yarn over the hook from back to front before placing the hook in the stitch (1). Wrap the yarn over the hook and draw the yarn through the stitch. You now have three loops on the hook. Wrap the yarn over the hook again and pull it through the first two loops on the hook. One half-closed double crochet is complete, and 2 loops remain on the hook (2). In the same stitch, repeat the preceding steps twice. You should have 4 loops on your hook. Wrap the yarn over your hook and draw the yarn through all 4 loops on the hook (3). One 3-dc-bobble-stitch is complete.
Create a bobble stitch with as many dc stitches as indicated in the pattern.
